The Metatron arrives to us from Austria, with his latest mix “Skitzo Disko Vol.3“, which was aired just last night on ‘The Shibuya Radio Session’ on Austrian radio station FM4. Skitzo Disko pays homage to the Justice remix of Scenario Rock’s Skitzo Dancer. “My focus is to choose tracks with a song character. Most have catchy vocals and which I try to mix like dancetracks. The most important thing for me is the song selection and the flow of the mix, after that comes the technical execution. And last but not least comes the graphic design to surround the whole thing! It takes a lot of time to find the “right” tunes. And of course it’s my personal taste, but I’m always looking for new and fresh stuff. I try to find and combine well known artists with very gifted youngsters to create a unique mix!” – The Metatron
