Delphic, Doubt and Acolyte
To say that 2009 has been a good year for Manchester dance outfit Delphic, would be an understatement. The band have had a slew of highlights which include their single “Counterpoint” released this past April 2009 via Belgian electronic imprint R & S Records and produced by the UK’s Ewan Pearson. “Counterpoint (Delphic’s En Route Remix)”, appeared on compilation #7 of the chic French indie label Kitsuné Maison. Their second single “This Momentary” via Kitsuné, was released this past August, and shortly after, a Kitsuné Maison tour across the UK followed.
The BBC News have declared Delphic as one the “Sounds of 2010″, and there’s big things on the horizon as Delphic are set to release their exciting debut album ‘Acolyte’, on the 11th of January next year. Their third single “Doubt”, will be released digitally on Sunday the 3rd of January 2010, and physically on Monday 4th January 2010. Riton and Ramadanman have already had their hand at creating remixes of “Doubt”, and now Delphic is giving YOU a chance to whip up a phenomenal remix of “Doubt”, one that will be totally mind blowing––Have fun with it!!!

If memory serves me correctly, Ewan Pearson hails from Kidderminster, not Detroit.

You’re right! In a rush to get this post up yday, quick research led me to the wrong info! I didn’t think he was an American to begin with… He does in fact hail from Kidderminster. Fixed.
