All The Hits To Move Your Bits – Doc Daneeka
Funky House is definitely gaining momentum. Although, there are plenty tunes out there that you will simply have to ignore, this shouldn’t detach you from a scene that is bringing some fresh, interesting sounds from producers both new and seasoned.
That being said – I introduce to you Doc Daneeka. Feet firmly planted, and already riding a wave of support from many for his rolling funky bouncers, Doc Daneeka has unleashed an interesting variety of floor movers. While his work does take many forms, this producers deep, disorienting, chant-like vocal cuts paired with sharp drum patterns that have been completely submerged in low end chaos, has me declaring it’s position as a ‘favorite of 09′ (I speak of his ‘Pathwayz’ remix).
Expect to see some releases from this man soon enough. Until then, here are a handful of tracks to sort you out. Including this smooth Jazznova edit that he was kind enough to hand over for the post!
