When Róisín Murphy is ready to release another single, she sure knows who to call on for remix duty. After hitting the UK top 20 with her LP “Overpowered” (EMI) her next single, “You Know Me Better” – produced with Groove Armada’s Andy Cato, hits the shops on March 31st. With remixes from Samim, Trevor Loveys, Guy Williams, Toddla T, and Nightmoves, she’s delivering a little something for every DJ and dance floor. Nightmoves bring their signature sound and I think I hear a bit of “funky town” in the intro, perhaps? Trevor Loveys, the man who knows how to produce the sickest of bass lines, tosses in some cut up key parts, and drops the vocals in at all the right places, he never lets me down.

Miss Róisín continues shine and show off her signature style. She recently made a very special guest appearance at the Elle Style Awards on February 12, the first live performance in the 11-year history of the awards. Her next performance, a sold-out show at Camden’s Roundhouse in London on March 8. But not to fear, you’ll have a another chance to check her out during her headline set at the St Patrick’s Day celebrations in Trafalgar Square on March 16. Be sure to arrive early, she’ll be playing to an estimated audience of 75,000 people.
