Lillica Libertine Likes Lollies
Never really thought I’d mention the train wreck pop star ‘Britney Spears’ on the Trash blog, however, there is a good reason for it. The track “Britney Spears“, produced by Lillica Libertine, is part of 4 track split EP, each titled after a disastrous celebrity “icon”. The EP is for the run up to Lillica’s first stateside shows in March, with Andy & friends, along side another U.K. favorite, Deekline.
L.A.’s Bul!m!atron has worked up the next track entitled “Nikki Cox”. The format will be free distribution of 4 tracks – 1 by Lillica, 1 by Bul!m!atron and 2 collaborations. Created to look like a comic/zine, they’ve asked their favorite graphic design friends to contribute with the art work, which will then be in a zip file, handed out free at shows and distributed on the internet through blogs. Pretty cool, I want one! Enjoy the disastrous lollipop sucker, “Britney Spears”.

I’m the photographer for Andy & Friends events, I cant wait to see Lillica here in the US.
