Lesser Panda Party With Spektrum in Brick Lane’s 93 Feet East

London pretty boy rockers Lesser Panda open for sexy electro-funk band Spektrum on Wednesday 20th February 2008 at 93 Feet East, a music venue deep in the heart of East London on the famously trendy Brick Lane.
The boys want to party with all you beautiful TM readers on this side of the pond. Hence, they’re offering bargain £5 tickets for the show. To get on the list, either chat the boys up on Facebook or hit them up on MySpace.
Miss the Lesser Panda hype? They were previously featured on TM in January. Expect to hear the band play their angsty, energetic blend of art-school rock. I wonder when these boys will treat us with a debut album?
Spektrum, known for their “Kinda New” (it was scooped up last autumn by Ministry of Sound and remixed by legends such as Tiefschwarz), have recently re-released their second album Fun At The Gymkhana Club as a double CD. They’re pairing it with a new remix album Death At The Gymkhana Club, which is dripping with remixes from some heavy artists such as DJ T, Chromehoof, New Young Pony Club, Snax, Cosmo, Greg Wilson (TM’s Audio Pimpstress featured the remix earlier this year here), Tom Neville, and Dissjokke. Their second album was also named on TM as one of the best albums of 2007.
